HR Business Partner – Global FMCG drinks Brand – 13 month fixed term contract
Central London (c. 3 days a week in the office)
This is one of the biggest brands in the global drinks industry today. They’re grown 20% in the last year due to their effective marketing strategies and a team of employees that strive to be their best every day and get behind this amazing business. They’re now looking for someone to join their HR team in London and progress their career with a forward thinking, progressive business.
The role will involve working closely with the Sales team and being the ‘go to’ person for everything HR related. The sales team in this business are all really bubbly, positive and high energy so it’s important that their new HRBP is similar. You will proactively lead all the elements of the people cycle and embed the annual people strategy. You will also work closely with the Head of HR in order to implement any initiatives that will improve business performance.
